TRACK YOUR ORDER

Your package is on its way! Once we ship your order, you'll get a tracking email so you can follow along on its journey to your doorstep. But don't freak out if the tracking shows a label was made but no other updates - that just means the postal pixies haven't scanned your box yet. Give it a few days to work its magic across the lands.

 

If 5 business days go by and there's still no movement, send us a quick email so we can make sure your order didn't get lost in an enchanted forest or trapped in a dragon's lair. We'll either conjure up a teleportation spell to get it moving again or send you a replacement potion straight from our cauldron. So sit back, relax, and get ready to enjoy your new fits soon!

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

We want you to love your new HVY MTL purchase. If for any reason an item doesn't meet your expectations, we're happy to accept returns and exchanges within 10 days of delivery.

To start the process, visit our online returns portal. We'll walk you through each step to make returns quick and easy.

We do kindly ask that all items be returned in their original condition with tags and packaging intact. Worn, washed, or altered items cannot be accepted. Please also avoid any damage like stains or odors so the items can be resold.

We carefully prepare your purchase, making sure everything is just right before sending it your way. We pack up your items with care, double-checking to ensure accuracy. We want you to be thrilled when you open that delivery box. From the moment you click 'buy', to the second you eagerly tear open the package, we're dedicated to providing a conversation sparking piece. We can't wait for your new HVY MTL to arrive at your door!

PROCESSING AND SHIPPING

We can't wait to get your order in the mail! Our team works hard to process and ship purchases within 3 business days of you placing your order. But if you need to cancel for any reason, just shoot us an email at info@hvymtlapparel.com and we'll do our best to help you out. No guarantees though - once your order is in motion, it's not easy to stop that HVY MTL train!

Now for the not-as-fun stuff about shipping. We don't currently offer combined shipping on multiple orders - each order needs to ride solo. Shipping times vary depending on which option you chose at checkout: USPS or USPS Priority. Whichever you picked, your order will ship directly from our headquarters in the great state of Mississippi.
